Hoshigaki are the Japanese traditional dried kaki fruits, are very good, are sweet and choowy a bit like dried apricots, they are shrinked and are big like a kiwi. I took the photo with a 105 mm. Micro Nikkor f 2.8 with natural light coming from a window in a sunny day.
