Hiotan sushi bar

In AizuWakamatsu we went at Hiotan sushi bar, hiotan means calabash, a kind of pumpkin, the kind that is hanging from the ceiling of the restaurant. Was very, very good, this is maguro don, means raw tuna on rice, there is also a white fish and tamagoyaki, the Japanese omelette made with dashi and slightly sweet. For this photos I used the 17-35 mm .f 2.8 and the 85 mm. in ambient lights, daylight from the window, neon and tungsten light bulbs.
