Mochi muffins

A fusion recepies, mochi muffins created by Emiko, are really delicious, crunchy outside, soft and a bit gummy inside like Japanese mochi, really unusual solidity and really good, I love them. this flour in Japanese is called shiratama ko. I took the picture with natural light coming from the window in a snowy day, color balanced the image, used the 105 mm. micro lens on a tripod and as fill light a couple of white boards to reflect the light.
