Wagashi, little sweets
The Wagashi are the little sweets offered with the green tea during chanoyu, they are in perfect harmony, as everything in the chanoyu, with the season, with the weather, with clothes of the master performing the tea ceremony, the simple decoration on the wall and the flower composition. Tea ceremony is the art of harmony with the universe. The universe in a cup of tea.
