Kanzan Sushi bar

Kanzan Sushi bar is located in Roppongi, inside the ANA Intercontinental Hotel, the sushi is great and they are very nice. The first photo is the noren, the classic curtain outside Japanese restaurants, The second photo is the mixt sushi, the third photo is the wasabi, the real root to be grated fresh, the taste is really rich (much better than the paste in the tube). I love salmon and can feel the quality when is served like here, I love raw squid and I ask salt and lemon, here also the presentation is great.
I had to live with the light of the restaurant, not really nice.  I shoot the pictures with Nikon 85 mm. and because is not focusing so close, I used an extension tube, much lighter than a lens to carry with me all day.
