Ebiya

Ebiya is a great traditional restaurant in AizuWakamatsu, the specialty is eel, the traditional recipe is boiled, grilled and served on a bed of rice and a thich and a bit sweet sauce. The pwder is called sansho, a Japanese spice. We had two different sake, to accompany the starter of omelette with eel, was a smoot and little sweet sake Hiroki and afther a dry sake Miyaizumi, bot from the AizuWakamatsu area, renown for sake quality.
