This is called okasu pan, is a classic Japanese snack, it can be found in all "conbini" (convenient store) and home made too. Is a very soft pan, bread with some little thing on top, there are sweet and soure guarnish, in this case is dressed with mais mixed with mayonnaise and onion, and salame. Really delicious especially hot, just out of the owen ... Photo taken with 105 mm. micro lens in natural light coming from the window. I do white balance all the time!
