Onsen is traditional hot spring bath, here people gather to watch the sunrise in the hot tab on the bay of Matsushima, in Summer 2004. I woke at 5,30 in the morning, took my towel and went out of my room, it was surprising to meet many people, wearing yukata (cotton kimono) and with their towel going to watch the spectacular sunrise. After few minutes the sun come up, everybody were gone and I was able to enjoy the place for myself only. This area has been devastated by the tsunami. I feel deeply sad for all the victims and for the survivor too.
